Why do I have to enter my E-mail Address?

In the event that a bus departure is cancelled, we need your e-mail address to be able to inform you about the cancellation and alternative travel options. Any concerns? Please read our Privacy policy

Do I always have to print my ticket?

Yes, except if you buy an E-ticket, in that case you can show your ticket on your Smartphone.

Why can I not buy a ticket for some routes?

On some co-operated routes, we currently have some restrictions in relation to the online sale, which is why you can not buy these routes online.

Is it safe to buy a ticket on

Safety of the buying process is something we take very seriously; the merchants we work with for processing payment are experienced and known for their high security standards.

Can I re-book my ticket?

Yes you may re-book your ticket up to 12 hours before the departure time stated on your original ticket:  to rebook you ticket please read our re booking policy and Instructions here

Can I cancel my bus ticket before travel?

Yes, you can cancel your ticket up to 12 hours before the departure time stated on the purchased ticket, and receive a partial refund, details about our refund policy you can find here.

Are there any online booking fees?

There is a minimum booking fee of 5 HRK and a maximum of 25 HRK for each passenger. Any purchases made in other currencies will have the equivalent amount charged in the respective currency.

Are there any other fees I have to pay?

At the larger bus stations you might have to pay a bus station fee; prices vary but it is usually around 5-10 Kuna (0.65-1.30 Euro). If you are carrying luggage for the hold, you will have to pay a fee to the bus driver. On our national routes the fee for a regular suitcase is about 10 Kuna (1.30 Euro) On international routes fee is higher.

Why are the amounts in Croatian Kuna HRK?

:For selling bus tickets in Croatia, it is required by law that we sell tickets from Croatian bus companies in Kuna. If you hover over the price you will see the adequate amount displayed in other currencies.

Is it cheaper to buy tickets on

In most cases ticket prices are the same as at the bus station; however, from time to time we have exclusive offers for our online clients.

What do I do if my bus is cancelled or rescheduled?

If your bus is cancelled, we will contact you with further instructions on the E-mail you provided when you created an account on, so please make sure that you enter a correct E-mail address.

Can I reserve a seat at the bus?

Currently not possible, but we are working on that.

Can I bring my pet on the bus?

the answer is no

Can I bring my bicycle on the bus?

It depends on the route and the time of the year you are traveling. In the main season, July and August, bringing a bike is generally not possible, at other times of the year, bringing a bike is normally possible, but to be sure, we advice you to contact us at least 48 hours prior to bus departure, to get our confirmation.
